A Medical Timeshare Facility for Doctor’s Relief

The business concept of timesharing has invaded even the medical profession. A new type of timeshare structure is now open for doctors. One thing is not sure yet, if such timeshare will also end up having owners seeking for timeshare relief.

The Memorial Hermann Hospital System opened up a new type of medical real estate with the main purpose of bringing more primary care physicians to be part of the Texas Medical Center campus.

The new timeshare facility is composed of three examination rooms and a medical office space on the 25th floor of Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza. It is a 2,000 square feet facility made available for doctors who needs to rent out space for their medical practice.

This strategy allows doctors to enjoy the luxury of a new facility as well as an easy access to the Medical Center technology without having to invest through their own efforts and resources. It surely is a relief to medical doctors since it is highly expensive to put up one’s own medical facility. Timesharing the facility with other doctors make it more realistic for doctors to practice their profession.

However, the doctors should make it a point to read the contract they sign in to for the medical timeshare facility. Doing so will ensure that they will not need to get rid of the timeshare the way other timeshare owners are doing as of the moment. If it is difficult to resell a timeshare resort, it will surely be doubly difficult to get rid of the medical timeshare property.

Premiere’s Closure, a Relief to Timeshare Owners

Timeshare owners and prospective timeshare buyers are still prone to fraudulent activities of some timeshare companies. They are promised with certain claims to attract them to transact with the said companies but they end up only paying for a non-existent deal. Owners seeking for timeshare relief end up having more problems than their current timeshare ownership because of their transaction with some fraudulent companies. These companies continue to victimize these owners even if they know that these owners are already pressed with their timeshare dilemmas.

The Premiere Timeshare Solutions of C & G Marketing Associates received a cease and desist order. Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem of North Dakota issued the order against the company based on the findings of the office of the Attorney General.

Premiere Timeshare Solutions received several complaints from timeshare owners stating that they were promised by Premiere to sell their unwanted timeshares to their existing timeshare interested clients. Because of their desire to be free of the vacation package, they agree to transact with the company. They are then asked to pay upfront fees for the processing of the resale. However, several months pass them by and the timeshare is still under their names. They try to contact Premiere for an explanation or for refund but the company becomes out of reach.

Given this usual events, timeshare owners who want to get rid of their timeshares should be cautious in their dealings with timeshare resale companies. They should always keep in mind to ask for a written agreement to make sure that they have the right to run after the company if ever they get to deal with fraudulent ones.

Getting Rid of Timeshare should not Cost a Thousand

With the increasing complaints from timeshare owners to get rid of their timeshares come numerous scams here and there, offering fast and effective ways to give the relief they are looking for. For owners like you, you should be aware that getting away from the burden caused by owning a timeshare will cost you so much money.

In the first place, you are getting away from it because of the unending fees you are tied to when you purchased your unit. Therefore, getting rid of it should not cost you that much. You can check the internet for companies that can help you with your timeshare problems. You can sell your timeshares online. There are companies that offer fair service fees to handle the transactions. Another option is for you to rent out your unit. This can be done to recoup at least the maintenance fee due you. If this does not work for you, you can also give your time usage as a gift to a friend where they can pay the fees for the period they will be using your unit. This would be fine when you think of the hassles they may face when looking for a vacation spot and hotel accommodations.

Finally, you can donate your timeshare to charitable institutions if you want a faster way to permanently get rid of your timeshare. Charitable institutions usually handle all the transactions involved in the transfer. That way, you can save your time and money. When donating, all you need are the following information: name, address, and phone number of the resort; deed or certificate of the unit; contract or membership agreement; financing agreement, if you're still paying for the property; information to identify your interest or membership; exchange company affiliation; amount and due date of your maintenance fee; and amount of real estate taxes, if billed separately. Having the above information will ensure a smooth transfer of the timeshare to the charity thus providing you timeshare relief.

Fraudulent Companies Promising Timeshare Relief Are Teeming

Timeshare sales are down and timeshare relief companies are currently experiencing a sudden economic boom. However, the majority of timeshare relief companies out there are nothing more than fronts for highly suspect business activities. Owners receive dubious calls from allegedly timeshare companies promising to take their timeshares form off their hands. However, when the timeshare owners receive the timeshare relief contract, it's nothing more than a contract to allow the company to market the owner’s timeshare. This typically means that the timeshare of the owners is included in a website or any other online list of timeshares. In any event, the timeshare is never sold, the timeshare owner is still responsible for his perpetual timeshare bills, and the upfront fee for timeshare relief is relegated to the gods.

According to Sasha Velez, a senior investigator working at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services based in Tallahassee, "It's almost epidemic," she said, "Why would you want to give money to someone who calls you out of the blue? If you are not dealing with the timeshare company you purchased it from directly or with a real estate broker or agent, don't do it. You are really at risk of being taken."

From January 2007 up to the present, the Attorney General's Office in Florida has received approximately 7,325 complaints against allegedly timeshare relief companies. Just this September, over 629 complaints were filed against professing timeshare relief companies. The number of complaints is proof that there are still a lot of bogus timeshare relief companies out there. Timeshare owners who desire to get rid of their timeshares should always be on their guard when dealing with any timeshare relief company.

Trading Timeshares In Provides Relief for Some Owners

Timeshare trading is a common form of relief for many timeshare owners. Some owners who want to get rid of their timeshares would also prefer to trade their timeshares in for new timeshare vacation experiences. Timeshare trading or timeshare swapping is also a trendy business concept for many timeshare companies of late. Nevertheless, timeshare trading still has its downsides like all other timeshare business models.

Some owners who wish to trade their timeshares in will find to their disappointment that trading timeshares are not that easy to accomplish. The reason is that timeshares in different locations have different preference levels. Owners of timeshares in off-peak locations will find that trading their timeshares in is far harder compared to owners of timeshares in peak vacation hotspots. It is an unfortunate fact that timeshares in Hawaii are more tradable than timeshares in Alaska. Owners of the most off-peak timeshares may have to wait years before a trading cohort can be located.

Moreover, as long as the perceived trade is still ineffectual, or has not yet taken place, the timeshare owner is still responsible for the recurring bills of his timeshare. Furthermore, off-peak location timeshare owners who have successfully traded their timeshares in for more hotspot locations will find that their timeshare bills have also become hotter as maintenance fees rise. Hence, timeshare trades, although convenient for some timeshare owners are not applicable to all timeshare owners. Owners who can no longer pay for their timeshares should definitely not trade their timeshares in but instead seek some other form of timeshare relief.

Donating Timeshares to Friends and Family Is a Relief for Unscrupulous Owners

A casual search online would turn up hundreds of comments from discontented timeshare owners anxious for any form of timeshare relief. These owners are distressed over the expensive payments required in order to maintain their timeshare vacation packages. Consequently, these owners are willing to do anything just to get rid of their timeshares and so be perpetually free from the chronic financial anguish caused by periodic timeshare bills. However, getting rid of timeshares is easier said than done as timeshares are based on contractual obligations.

One of the more popular modes for timeshare relief so as to circumvent timeshare contractual stipulations is the donation of timeshares. Donating timeshares is a legal way of conveying ownership from the owner donor to a donee individual or corporation. Upon the perfection of the donation, the ownership of the property is legally transferred from the donor owner to the donee. Hence, as timeshare bills are mutually inclusive of timeshare ownership, the donee will bear the full responsibility of paying the periodic timeshare bills following a successful donation.

However, timeshare owners today are encountering difficulties in donating their timeshare as decent donees are hard to be had. Most timeshare owners would naturally opt for their close kin and friends as likely timeshare donees. However, donee friends or family will have to bear the responsibility of paying timeshare bills hence seldom do owners actually donate their timeshares to their loved ones. Only the least scrupulous of timeshare owners would resort to passing responsibility for their timeshares to their close of kin just to get rid of their timeshare vacation packages.

Dissatisfied Owner Establishes Company to Provide Relief for Timeshare Owners

By simply browsing luxury vacation forums and timeshare relief discussions, one would be overwhelmed by the huge number of timeshare owners greatly disappointed over their timeshare vacation packages. The most rampant reason causing the disappointment of many a timeshare owner is the perpetual financial accountability for timeshare maintenance and upkeep. The existence of sporadic bills for special assessment as well as interest on any outstanding loan of the timeshare property also contributes highly to the dissatisfaction of many owners.

Linda Skidmore, founder of Transfer Smart, a company specializing in timeshare title transfer services, was once among the multitude of disappointed timeshare owners.
