Premiere’s Closure, a Relief to Timeshare Owners

Timeshare owners and prospective timeshare buyers are still prone to fraudulent activities of some timeshare companies. They are promised with certain claims to attract them to transact with the said companies but they end up only paying for a non-existent deal. Owners seeking for timeshare relief end up having more problems than their current timeshare ownership because of their transaction with some fraudulent companies. These companies continue to victimize these owners even if they know that these owners are already pressed with their timeshare dilemmas.

The Premiere Timeshare Solutions of C & G Marketing Associates received a cease and desist order. Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem of North Dakota issued the order against the company based on the findings of the office of the Attorney General.

Premiere Timeshare Solutions received several complaints from timeshare owners stating that they were promised by Premiere to sell their unwanted timeshares to their existing timeshare interested clients. Because of their desire to be free of the vacation package, they agree to transact with the company. They are then asked to pay upfront fees for the processing of the resale. However, several months pass them by and the timeshare is still under their names. They try to contact Premiere for an explanation or for refund but the company becomes out of reach.

Given this usual events, timeshare owners who want to get rid of their timeshares should be cautious in their dealings with timeshare resale companies. They should always keep in mind to ask for a written agreement to make sure that they have the right to run after the company if ever they get to deal with fraudulent ones.
