Some timeshare owners continue to seek for timeshare relief because of the financial burden that the packages bring them. However, timeshare companies also continue to put up timeshare properties increasing the rate of purchase of timeshares.
Timeshare owners seek for ways to get out of their timeshare contracts because they are bound to the financial responsibilities associated with their timeshares. They are required to pay timeshare maintenance fees as well as other special assessments that their timeshare companies charge them. And the rates of these charges continue to increase causing more trouble for these timeshare owners.
No matter how high the rate of exodus of these timeshare owners, timeshare companies will still continue on establishing timeshare resorts. It clearly shows that timeshares bring them good profit. The cycle of getting rid of timeshares and buying of the packages even seems beneficial for these companies.
Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, one of the big timeshare companies, unveiled a new timeshare unit. The property is located in the Washington area after the successful Wyndham Old Town Alexandria. This 11-story tower can be found in the North Harbor in the Prince George County. It is a 250 – condominium style, fully furnished property with 42 presidential suites. It has all amenities an urban timeshare can offer making it really attractive. Wyndham says 75 percent of the property is already sold out.
Timeshare owners may continue to get rid of their timeshares but other vacation goers are also attracted to new timeshare properties. So, timeshare companies are really not losers in this timeshare business.
